Vacation Rental Description

This Maui condo is Located on the beach of Kihei, Maui in Hawaii on  
Sugar Beach, offers ocean view, beach, snorkeling, swimming pool,  
air conditioning, nearby shopping. This condo was totaly renovated 5-08  
new kitchen and travertine bath with glass block, Travertine tile thru out 
 and kitchen has solid granite counters and all new appliances,  
newer furniture and memory foam matress for an ultimate sleep experience.  
Rates are much lower than comparable Maui condos in the area.   
Most visitors to our condo return repeatedly. 
Our lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath, and 2 bedroom, plus den 2 bath  
condo is on the "sunny south shore" of Maui.  The condos are fully  
furnished and completely equipped to make your vacation "No Ka Oi"  
(the best!).  
The 1 bedroom unit accomodates 3 people and the 3 bedroom unit  
accomodates 6 persons. The units feature free high speed internet,  
complete kitchen, fully equipped, microwave oven, color TV, Dvd/Vhs  
player, security safe, all linens, beach towels. Washers and dryers  
are available on each floor. Amenities on the property include a  
pool, BBQ,  ocean sunsets and even whale watching in season from the  
lanai.

The Kihei area has a near perfect climate with cooling trade  
winds The Condominium is located on a 3 mile-long sandy beach.   
Swimming, snorkeling and jogging abound.     
You can go snorkeling to see the "unofficial" state fish  
(Humuhumunukunukukuapua) Swimming in the calm waters Maalai bay,  
Body  
Surfing Laying under a coconut Tree, reading your favorite book  
(Also a library of books for your enjoyment in the Laundry area)  
Diving Deep Sea Fishing (the best in the world) Golf on our  
championship courses of Maui, Tennis Surfing Windsurfing Whale  
Watching normally from November until March (Whales Love MAUI) Swim  
w/the green turtles (just don't touch)

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rates April 15- November 14 are $170.00 a night +11.41% Hotel and excise tax. There is a  
$85.00 cleaning fee which will be waved with a night 7 day or longer stay.  
Winter rates Nov 15- April 14 are #185.00 a night plus applicable  
taxes, cleaning fee will be waved if stay is for 28 days or longer
