This is a special property for EMF sensitive people.  There is no internet or cable tv or satellite.  There is a TV with DVD player that is green safe for you enjoyment if you wish.  Stay in a Mountain Cottage in one of the most remote areas of the NC
mountains. The little community of Balsam Grove is on Parkway Road
Hwy 215, in the Pisgah National Forest. You are five miles from the
Blue Ridge Parkway on Parkway Road, one mile from trout fishing and
20-40 miles from five different skiing resorts, 11 miles from Rosman,
17 miles from Brevard, 24 miles from Waynesville or 38 miles to
Asheville.
The Cottage has three fireplaces, a wood stove.
One entire side of the house is windows and a deck overlooking the
mountains.

Smoking in the house results in a $150 .clean up fee.
$770 weekly for three bedroom, two bath + loft area for children.
