* Holiday rates are 10% higher (March 27 - April 9, Jul 3 - Jul 9 2010)* Add 12% sales and resort tax to final price
* Deposit of $200 with application per week of stay, due one week
following actual booking
* All payments due upon arrival
* Cleaning fee of $120
* Maximum 8 persons
* Check in at 4:00 PM
* Check out at 10 AM
* 30 day cancellation notice required for refund ($50 service fee
once deposit is received)
* If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, entire deposit
is forfeited
