Vacation Rental Description

Summer Towne Beach Resort is located directly across the street from 
the Gulf of Mexico, on Front Beach Road, and adjacent to the new 
Pier Park retail center. Your rental home is a 2 story house, not a 
condo, with 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths that comfortably sleeps a 
family of 4 in two bedrooms, each containing its own private 
bathroom. The house is richly furnished, and includes a full array 
of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.. Your small dog is welcome, 
but it must be on a no-flea-program similar to Frontline. Prior 
approval is required for your small dog to enjoy this vacation with 
you.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Summer Towne Beach Resort has its own private pool just steps from 
the entrance to your vacation home. A dedicated walkway to the beach 
is directly across the street. No high-rise condo projects hide your 
view of the emerald and blue waters of the Gulf. Pier Park is also 
the home of the Bay County fishing pier, less than 300 feet from 
your front door. The pier offers daily access to some really 
spectacular fishing in nearly 50 feet of water...no fishing gear is 
required...all can be rented at the pier. All you need for a 
memorable vacation is a few beach towels and loads of sunscreen!

Activities and Attractions

In addition to the activities available within and adjacent to our 
little resort, Panama City Beach has great places to eat, tons of 
golf courses, nature walks, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, and, 
let's not forget, enough tatoo parlors and t-shirt joints to last a 
life time. Deep sea fishing trips, trolling only, can be arranged 
aboard my diesel powered and air conditioned 35' Bertram.

Vacation Rental Rates

           This home is available to adults and families, only.
           This home is available to non-smokers, only.
March thru September: $1400.00/wk(Saturday thru Saturday)
                      $3600.00/calendar month
October thru February:$1400.00/wk(Saturday thru Saturday)
                      $2500.00/calendar month
In addition to the above rates, the following charges apply:
                      $ 750.00 damage deposit(refundable)
                      $ 200.00 cleaning fee added to monthly rentals
                      $ 200.00 small dog fee
                      applicable sales tax
All rentals include utilities. 
Cancellation Policy:  All monies paid to secure a rental shall be
                      considered liquidated damages in the event of
                      a cancellation.  All such monies are returned
                      if the property can be rented to another party
                      for that same period.
