worked?  The Happy life begins at home. Happy’s Hideaway is the  
perfect “home away from home” where you will enjoy your vacation  
from the moment you wake up in the morning in your king size bedroom  
suite to when you relax in your private screened hot spa and pool at  
the end of the day.

family room furniture. New management company with a more personal  
touch. Complimentary pre-arrival grocery service. 
 
New for 2006: Safety hand rails in pool and hot tub. Game Room with  
Table Soccer, Skeeball and Shuffleboard.  Unlimited free local, long  
distance and international phone calls. Digital Video Recorder on  
Family Room TV.  Spa Heat included in base rates. 
 
Happy’s Hideaway is located in the exclusive Indian Creek location,  
less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. This  
larger than life vacation home has everything that you and your  
family could want for a magical vacation, and with 5 bedrooms and 4  
bathrooms it is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 12 guests. 
 
The spacious family room has sumptuous sofa, loveseat and chair to  
help you relax. Sit and watch your favorite movie on, DVD, VCR or  
premium cable together with the family on the large screen TV.   
Enjoy  
high speed WWW/Internet connectivity for your computer with cable  
broadband by wi-fi or cable hookup.  
 
The family room opens out to a shaded lanai with table and 6  
chairs.  The extra large screened deck with 3 lounge chairs  
surrounds an oversized gas heated pool with integral bubbling hot  
spa. A child safety fence is provided for your comfort. 
 
Sleeping accommodations includes 3 master suites and 2 twin  
bedrooms.  Two of the master suites have king size beds, private and  
spacious en-suite bathrooms, and direct pool/spa access. The 3rd  
master has a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom. Each twin  
bedroom has 2 twin beds.  All bedrooms have dressers with mirrors,  
night-stands, lamps, closet space and in-room televisions and  
bedside clock radios.  
 
Finally, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main family room  
to provide flexibility on sleeping arrangements.  With plenty of  
space to relax and be comfortable, there is nothing “dwarf sized”  
about Happy’s Hideaway! 
 
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could  
need to cook that fabulous family feast or a quick snack. The  
kitchen nook has seating for 6 and the adjacent dining area has a  
full sized table with 6 cushioned chairs.  A snack/breakfast bar has  
additional stool seating for two.  Plenty of room to flexibly sit  
your entire cast of characters! 
 
Rounding out the amenities is a private laundry room with full sized  
washer and dryer and a two car attached garage.  An oversized and  
elevated house lot affords a maximum of privacy.

Pool Heat – Varies by Season.  Where some rentals which set the pool  
to 75 degrees, we set the thermostat to 85 degrees to ensure our  
main pool is comfortable and offer a sliding pool heat rate scale  
depending on time of year.  This rate scale is based upon our true  
pool heating costs.

March, April, May: $1,085 / ₤525 / week 
 
June, July, August: $1,295 / ₤623 / week 
 
September, October, November, December: $945 / ₤455 / week 
 
Christmas, New Years weeks: $1,295 / ₤623 / week 
 
All Rates include all taxes and housekeeping fees. 
 
Unlimited free local and domestic long distance phone calls  
and high speed wireless broadband internet. 
 
A down payment of $250 is required to confirm your reservation. The  
remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. 
 
A fully refundable Security Deposit of $300 is required to cover  
damage and breakage to the property and its contents. 
 
Rates are applicable to all future dates and are subject to change  
without notice. 
 
₤GBP are estimates based upon a 0.53 exchange rate.  The exact rate  
will be determined at the time of the transaction. 
 
Stays less than 5 nights require additional $100 cleaning fee.
