Wireless Internet access in Lobby(also a lesser signal in condo) Bring your laptop.
50+ foot covered corner balcony has table for outside eating 
in the ocean breeze, also lounger on balcony. 
Ocean views to north, south & east.
Two pools, one is heated; BBQ grills available in common areas.
Has underground Parking Garage to keep your car out of the heat & 
Ocean air.
