ideal for two couples or a family with 2-5 children.

watching lazy iguanas soak up the morning rays. When you are ready
to venture out, you are only a mere 5-minute walk from two beaches.
Mi Casa del Mar is perfectly located to provide easy access to
everything yet isolated enough to provide privacy. After enjoying
the beaches or a day trip to nearby Playa del Carmen, revive at home
in the private infinity pool. The apartment features a spacious tiled
kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with fresh produce from a local
market or indulges in local cuisine by requesting a local chef for $5
(USD) per person, plus the cost of ingredients. Enjoy a cocktail on
the veranda or select a book from the in-house library for a relaxing
evening.

While you can choose to escape the pressure of the world and savor
peaceful Akumal, there is always the need to be connected; you are
never far from internet services or international phone service for

many attractions. Enjoy easy drives to visit the spectacular Mayan
ruins at Tulum and Coba. Tulum, once a ruling city of the Mayan
Empire, sits majestically on a high cliff overlooking the turquoise
water of the Caribbean. Take advantage of the beautiful beaches below
and spend a day sunning in one of the coves. Or take a day trip to
ecological adventure parks at Xcaret and Xel Hal. These combine
memorable learning experiences about the unique environment of the
region with family fun and fine dining. Explore the cenotes –
breathtaking underwater caves – for a truly special experience. When
you crave nightlife or shopping, head to Playa del Carmen. This
cosmopolitan town features an extensive pedestrian zone with many
charming shops and a variety of dining experiences.
