This spacious property occupies the entire top (second) floor of the building. You'll love the panoramic views of the lake & mountains! It has 2 large bedrooms + 2 full baths + a den (with two twin beds) w/ lakeview balcony. Located one mile from the London Bridge & all tourist attractions. Nicely decorated with quality furnishings, fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities that will make you feel right at "home". There are only 5 other units in this well cared for townhome complex & only one unit (of the five) is occassionally occupied during the summer months - so you'll likely have the whole place to yourselves!
The large patio overlooks the pool & has a view of the Island. The master bedroom has panoramic view of lake & mountains and both bedrooms exit out to the pool view patio. If you're coming to Havasu for the 4th of July weekend, watch the firework show right from the terrace!
The famous London Bridge, state beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, theaters & the indoor waterpark (for kids) are located within one mile.
