The LIVING ROOM has a wall of windows overlooking woods and the prestigious Championship Golf Course. Double sliders open onto a large wraparound deck with a gas bbq and patio furniture (dining and lounging). The living room has a wood burning, rocked, fireplace; 52 inch high definition television with cable.

It offers residents 3 private beaches (one with a pool), 2 golf courses, and a recreation center. Renters are given beach passes which provide beach access at $10/adult and $3/child. Public beaches are available at $7/day parking fee.
