Welcome to my Casa Maya Playa. This is truly one of the most beautiful
condos situated on one of the most beautiful oceans in all of the
world.

Directly On The Beach and on the Ground Floor, overlooking the incredibly turquoise green and blue water of the Caribbean Sea my home, Casa Maya Playa,
has every amenity you can imagine to make your vacation here in Cancun
one that will live in your memories for years to come. With its 3
large king-size bedrooms, and its 4 granite and stone bathrooms, my
home is the ultimate in luxury beach front living, and is perfect for
parties of up to 6 people with grace and ease. My new home here is
truly fantastic, and is located directly in the middle of the world
famous hotel zone between the Hotel Riu Cancun and the Hotel Fiesta
Americana Coral Beach. Its like owning your own private home directly
on Waikiki Beach! The location is centralized so you never have to
rent a car as you can walk to almost every attraction Cancun has to
offer.

Located On The Ground Floor, my home has a 45 square yard terrace and
looks out onto the beach, ocean and adjoining gardens. You can walk
out onto the terrace and then walk a few more feet to the lap pool,
and then a few more feet to the beautiful infinity swimming pool, and
then down a few steps and you are standing directly on the whitest
most beautiful sand in all the world.

It is quite large, about 2,400 square feet with the living room,
dining room and master bedroom facing the sea, and goes completely
through the building from front to back, so that the 2 back bedrooms
open onto private terraces and gardens, also with views to the ocean.

We also have a  hi speed wireless DSL Internet connection. All you have to do is plug in and you are surfing the web! Additionally, we have free long distance phoning back to the USA. 

For Those Of You Who Appreciate The Finest In Amenities..........
My Home has not only a Wonderfully Large Infinity Pool right at the
edge of the beach, but also has a Beautiful 30 Meter Lap Pool with a
large waterfall with submerged chaise lounges directly in front of my
terrace, so you can lay on the lounges in the pool and sip your
favorite tropical drinks while feeling the spray from the waterfall
directly behind you, And Finally There Is Yet Another Pool
strategically located on the other side of the building to catch the
Final Rays of the Sun at the End of the Day, for a grand total of 3
swimming pools to choose from for your Pleasure and Enjoyment.

A Complete Spa and fully equipped gymnasium is at your disposal
24 hours a day, so after your workout make an appointment with one of
our highly trained masseuses and enjoy a massage inside the spa or outside
by the ocean. You will think you are in heaven! Also, we have Jacuzzis both
inside and outside of the spa. Also, our gym is also very good. It has all the weights you need, lots of machines, and also 2 treadmills and 2 elliptical walkers. 

Cancun is one of the most exciting places I have ever been to. It has
so much history, being home to the Mayan Indian civilization, that you
will never be bored while you are here. The Mayan History Museum is
just 2 blocks from my home. The world famous Mayan ruins at Tulum is
just a 40 minute drive down the coast.

All The Water Sports are within 5 minutes of my home. Scuba and
Snorkeling, Jet Skis, Parasailing, and virtually every other water
sport known to man are located right on the beach in front of my home.
Also, We Have a protected kids playground with swings, slides, etc. in the
grassy garden area for the little tots in your family.

The Building Is completely secure, with 24 hour guards and receptionists to receive all visitors. Parking is private and directly under the condo. 

Taxis And Buses are numerous for those day trips you will want to make
to the nearby Mayan ruins of Tulum or other attractions like Splash,
or the underwater caves at Xcaret. Of course, cars are available for
rent either at the airport or at numerous locations throughout Cancun.
Located on the ground floor, You can walk out onto the terrace and
then walk a few more feet to the lap pool, and then to the beautiful
infinity swimming pool, and then down a few steps and you are standing
directly on the whitest most beautiful sand in all the world.
My home is quite large, about 2,400 square feet with the living room,

private gardens, also with views to the ocean.

By the way, the pirate ships cruise nightly directly in front of my
terrace. Swimming with dolphins and hand-feeding the sharks are one of
the many attractions here and is located just 5 minutes away. Don't
worry though, the sharks are trained not to bite the tourist's
fingers! World class shopping is all around you. The beautiful Plaza
Caracol being just across the street, and the fabulous Isla Dorada
shopping center, just5 minutes away which like Venice, Italy has
little boats that cruise on the canals through the middle of the
shopping center.

There is always something musical going on here in Cancun, with many
world famous nightclubs, and Cancun also has many musical events.
Also, all the hotels and clubs have live bands, so you will always
find music to suit your taste.

The first floor access was perfect for us to get to the beach/pool easily. Security was friendly and really amazing; it gave us tremendous peace of mind. Our children even made some new friends with the security guards! Your condo was such a peaceful respite from the local hustle & bustle. We loved the parasailing found along the beaches, our children enjoyed hunting for hermit crabs, body surfing, and as advertised, the spa was terrific and very affordable. Day trips to Tulum and Xcaret were hits with us too. What a beautiful and comfortable condo! Matt, the property manager, was very helpful and accessible. He stopped by on Day 2 to make sure we didn't have any questions and adjusted a few minor things for us. And he arrived promptly as promised on our last day for the final walk through. So pleasant and helpful! Thank your for graciously allowing us to enjoy your home. We have very fond memories, and the children are already talking about returning to Mexico. Jean & Bill.

My wife and I spent 1 week at Casa Maya Playa with our 3 sons (ages 6,4,and 2) and their grandmother. The condo was exactly as described and all of the staff were extremely professional and courteous. We especially liked the ground floor layout with direct access to the large private terrace and the pool area. The childrens' playground located in the grassy area beside the condo turned out to be a huge hit with our 3 kids. The owner Michel, along with his excellent property manager Matt, provided us with all of the information and help we needed to make our vacation a perfect experience and we look forward to returning in the future. Wife and I, daughter, son-in-law, two young grandchildren spent 8 days at Casa Maya Playa in Feb. '09. Very nice accomodations, roomy, great location. Walkout to pools, a few feet to the ocean beach. Very convenient location, many shops within easy walking distance. Public transportation, taxi's and car rental at the entrance to the condo. Great vaction, would do again.

 Cory W.--We just got back from a beautiful week in Cancun and we were so happy with Casa Maya Playa. It is exactly what it says it is, a few steps from the ocean and infinity pool, and there were always plenty of lounge chairs. What a beautiful view we saw every day from our patio. Big bedrooms with lots of room (when we did stay inside). Perfectly located a couple of blocks from some of the biggest clubs (Coco Bongo, Hard Rock, Senior Frogs). Matt, the property manager, was gracious and very helpful on any local information. If you aren't looking for all-inclusive, Casa Maya Playa can't be beat for location and ammenities!

The most relaxing vacation we've ever had!

 What a wonderful place to vacation! This lovely condo exceeded our expectations and was exactly as the owner described it. 

We traveled with our daughter & son-in-law and their two children. One child is 8 years old and the other is 11 months old. The set up was perfect for us with everyone having their own bedroom and private bath. It was ideal for traveling with an infant. The ground floor was a real plus, especially with the baby. Even with the baby napping one of us could sit on the patio and enjoy the view (which by the way is beautiful) and the weather and not feel like we were missing out on anything. 

Matt, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. Michele, the property owner, was very professional, organized and a dream to work with. We felt very safe on the property as it was patrolled 24/7 by friendly security guards. We also felt perfectly safe walking around town, on the bus, at Wal Mart, etc. This was our fifth trip to Mexico in 10 years but our first stay in a condo. We loved it and can't wait to go back. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

 We spent a wonderful vacation in Casa Maya Playa. The condo was spacious and filled with light and it had everything we needed, and more. The Rates Are Low!

I am basing my rates in a way so that everybody will be 

able to come and enjoy my home. Here they are below.

January- December:
1-2 people $300 a day.
3-4 people $350 a day.
1-4 people $350/nt. (July and August)
5-6 people $450 a day.
Holidays    $600 a day.
There will not be any added taxes, no security deposit, and no
cleaning fee. Just the daily rate printed above.
