only two condos per floor.   Reserved covered parking in a gated 
secure building, which will make your stay more relaxing.

*Master bedroom with king size bed, private bath, sitting area,  
     TV with DVD and cable. 
 
*Bunk room with twin bunk bed and queen size bed, TV, DVD,  
     play station, and cable. 
 
*Large living room has a wall of glass looking out on the gulf  
     with a sliding glass door out to the balcony.  The living room    
     has ample space to enjoy the TV with DVD and cable.   
     The winter visitors will be able to cozy up to a fire in the   
     living room fireplace. 
 
*Gourmet kitchen includes side by side refrigerator with ice maker,  
     built in microwave, plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans,  
     small appliances, and espresso machine,  all the needs are met  
     for the gourmet cook.  Also, full size washer/dryer, 80 gallon  
     hot water heater. 
 
*This is NOT your typical condo, we feature top of the line pillow  
top mattresses, Egyptian 300 ct. cotton sheets,  fine furnishings,  
and plenty of the “feel at home necessities”.
