Vacation Rental Description

Charming A-Frame with cathedral ceiling and loft, in a private wooded setting of towering tamaracks.  
Located in Tahoe Pines, West Shore, just 5 miles south of Tahoe City and 1 mile north of Homewood  
Marina, on McKinney Bay, a great water-ski and boating area! Explore Lake Tahoe's north and west  
shores from Kings Beach down to Emerald Bay, then come home and enjoy a BBQ on the Weber, and  
afterwards curl up in front of the romantic wood-burning stove. Or enjoy the classic Alpine  
atmosphere of bygone days at old Lake Tahoe's antique taverns and restaurants (2 miles to Sunnyside  
Marina or 1 mile to Black Bear Tavern, circa 1933). Sleeps 6 (3 queen beds). 2-bedrooms, 1-bath.  
Sorry, no pets.

enthusiasts! Easy walking distance to lake (1600 feet). 
 
Winter guests enjoy some of the heaviest snowfall at lake level! The  
secluded meadow tucked away from the road provides the ideal Alpine  
setting for families with children.
