connecting the Upper and Lower levels. Lower level has game area too, 
including Ping Pong, Foosball, Darts and more.  
 
Large screened porch with spectacular views 
of Lake Champlain, The Champlain Islands, 3 Mountain Ranges, and 
breathtaking sunsets. 
 
Located just 70 ft from the water on 2 wooded acres with excellent 
boating, fishing, swimming, biking, and hiking.  
Mooring for a boat - large or small. 
 
We have a boat and motor available for an additional fee.

Vacation Rental Rates

August 30th - October 31st 2008  $1200.00 per week 
email for rates less than 7 days. Minimum stay is 2 nights 
 
November 1st - May 1st 2009  $800.00 per week 
email for rates less than 7 days. Minimum stay is 2 nights 
 
May 2nd - May 29th 2009  $1000.00 per week 
email for rates less than 7 days. Minimum stay is 2 nights 
 
May 30th - June 26th 2009  $1400.00 per week 
email for rates less than 7 days. Minimum stay is 2 nights 
 
June 27th - August 28th 2009  $1900.00 per week 
Saturday to Saturday Full Week Rentals Only 
 
30 days consecutive rentals are tax exempt 
 
All rates are for up to 6 guests.  
We can accommodate up to 8 guests for an additional charge 
 
All rates are as posted plus a 9% VT rooms tax 
 
A $300.00 refundable security deposit will be added to the total due 
 
Check-out time is 10.00 a.m. 
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.
