Regal Palms Resort and Spa offers equipped 3 & 4 Bedroom Town Homes that sleep 8 to 10 guests, 
making this the best family value in Orlando.  One king bed in main bedroom, queen bed in second 
bedroom, two twin beds in third bedroom, and two twin beds in fourth bedroom plus a soft bed couch. 

At least 1,376 square feet. Living area with sofa bed. Outdoor Patio. Kitchen with full plates and 
silverwares on site as well as dishwasher, refrigerator, and  microwave. Cable TV. Washer and dryer. 
Pets are not allowed in this room type.

Islands of Adventure, Wet'n Wild and all other attractions.  

The wonderful beaches of Cocoa Beach,Clearwater and the Kennedy Space 
Centre are 50 miles away.  The Florida Mall and the Buena Vista 
Shopping Mall with the outlet stores are 20 minutes from the villa.

Vacation Rental Rates

The Regal Palms Resort and Spa, is a 3 diamond 4 star resort, situated adjacent to Highlands Reserve 
Golf Course and 15 minutes from the Disney Parks. The weekly rates are as low as $695 per week. 
Please inquire for lowest rates available for the week of your travel.

Vacation Rental Rates:

January and February  $85.00 per night.

March to June         $99.00 per night.  

July and August       $119.00 per night.

September to December $85.00 per night.

Easter / Christmas / New Year- $140.00 per night

All prices are subject to Florida State tax of 12%. 

Please note on arrival a $10 per party per night resort fee will be 
charged. This includes the following:  Access to Fitness Center, 
Swimming Complex, Clubhouse, In- room safe, Pool Towels.

Reservations for less than 7 nights pay an additional cleaning fee of $65.

A deposit of $250 is due upon confirmation of this rental and will automatically become non-
refundable 60 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. 

A $300 damage deposit also is due with final payment. Cancelations must be in writing. If you are 
making reservations within 30 days of arrival the entire rental amount (less damage deposit) becomes 
fully non-refundable.
