Our Pelican Nest in Cudjoe Key

This is an almost new mobile home with one bedroom and 1 bath,a nice
size kitchen and a living room with fold out bed for extra guests.We
also have a large covered wooden deck for sitting outside and
barbecueing out on the dock. It is located on a canal with ocean
access. The dock space is 20',so it will accomodate a nice fishing
boat. There is a boat ramp and plenty of parking areas for your boat
and trailer. The community of Venture Out is a very safe and secure
area with security, swimming pool and lagoon, jaccuzi, childrens
play area, tennis courts and much more. It is also only 23 miles
from Key West and even closer to some State Parks.

Venture Out has security,heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, swimming
lagoon,store, tennis courts, basketball, childrens play area, boat
ramp with plenty of parking.Laundry and shower facilities. My
house has all the basics you will need, Cable TV, bed sheets,
towels, pots and pans for cooking, microwave,refrigerator, stove and
oven and you can tie a boat upto 20' at the dock.

basketball,childrens play areas, and most important relaxing and
meeting new or old friends with a drink on the deck or dockside.

Rates depend on time of year and length of time. There is a minimum
stay of 3 nights.Please call for rate info, discounts given for long
term rentals of a month or more.Additional fees are a $350 security
deposit,$80 cleaning fee,$35 processing fee and an 11.5% tax and
optional travel insurance. All inquiries will be forwarded to my
