The home is considered second row, however, there is a vacant lot
across the street next to beach
access providing guests with ocean-front sights, sounds, and smells
without the extra cost. The
house actually seems closer to the beach than some of the beach-front
houses on the island.

This two-story executive home must be seen to appreciate. The house
has over 5,000 square feet and
sleeps 21.

The first floor has a large central living area with a 30 foot
ceiling, built-in cabinets, cable TV,
stereo, wireless internet, DVD player. There is also a beautiful
formal dining room, nice kitchen
with a separate sitting area, laundry room, screened-in porch and
half-bath. This floor's decorative
attention to detail and floor plan make it a great gathering place.

The master bedroom on the first floor is luxurious with a king-sized
bed and a huge, wide open
master bathroom fully equipped with a huge tub, dual shower head
marble shower area, and plenty of
room. There's also a 2nd bedroom attached to the master that is
perfect for children. The 3rd
bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed, built in cabinets and a
window facing the ocean so you
can hear the waves as you fall asleep.

The second floor has amazing ocean views looking out from the front

loading and unloading all of your belongings.
