Labor Day Special. $950 Weekly ($170 per night, 3 night minimum) 
 
This is a spacious, bright and modern ground level Villa (handicap accessible) with 2 bedrooms, 2  
full bathrooms and a screened-in back porch that looks over a large duck pond. Located in "The  
Village at Bear Trap Dunes," this is a family oriented vacation community that reflects the charm of  
a quaint historic neighborhood. It has a full compliment of leisure amenities including 2 outdoor  
swimming pools, tennis courts, 27-hole championship golf course and driving range. We are located  
just 3 miles from the Bethany Boardwalk, experience the best of all worlds and make the most of your  
vacation experience!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This Villa includes a wealth of modern conveniences including a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher,  
breakfast nook, large dining/living area and a screened-in back porch with a pond view. It has a  
full size washer and dryer, central AC, 3 TVs, DVD/VCR/CD surround sound and a gas fireplace. Leave  
the car behind and use the convenient beach shuttle that stops just out front of the Villa and will  
take you to the Bethany boardwalk for shopping, dining, and a day at the beach.  The master bedroom  
has a queen bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed. Cleaning and  
linens are included in weekly rental. The living room has a day bed and pull out trundle bed. Over  
all we sleep six comfortably.

Activities and Attractions

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes has a host of leisure activities including a John Jacobson designed  
27-hole championship golf course and driving range, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, fitness center,  
Jacuzzi, tennis courts and quaint Village shops. A beach shuttle provides transportation to/from the  
town of Bethany Beach during peak season. You may also walk to the on-site "award winning"  
restaurant named "The Bistro." The quaint town center has a convenience store and ice cream parlor.
