This is a spacious, bright and modern ground level villa (handicap accessible) with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a furnished screened-in back porch that overlooks a large scenic pond. Located in "The Village at Bear Trap Dunes", this is a family oriented vacation community reflecting the charm of a quaint historic neighborhood while providing all modern amentiies. The community has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor pool, tennis courts, a 27-hole championship golf course and driving range, and a full fitness center. We are located just 3 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk! Experience the best of all worlds and make the most of your vacation experience!

We have all modern conveniences including a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, electric range and a large breakfast nook. We have a large dining/living area and a screened-in back porch with a pond view. It has a full size clothes washer and dryer, central AC, 3 TVs including one flat panel LCD in the livingroom, DVD/VCR/CD surround sound system and a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen and private bath. The guest bedroom has one full and one twin bed. The living room has a day bed and pull out trundle. We sleep six comfortably. Cleaning, bed and bath linens are included in the weekly rental.We also have HD cable and WIFI internet.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes has a host of leisure amentities for everyone. The 27-hole links-style, John Jacobson designed championship golf course weaves its way through the community for spectacular views. There is a a full size driving range, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, jacuzzi, tennis courts and basketball courts. The compliementary beach shuttle provides transportation to and from Bethany Beach during peak season. You may also want to walk to the on-site "award winning" restaurant called "The Bistro." And for the little ones, make sure to visit the tot lot.
