In our 6th year we are fortunate to receive guests from all the US and many foreign countries. One hour to Boston (via commuter rail or car), Cape Cod, Rhode Island, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket Island Ferries or Provincetown. This spacious vacation home, located at 10 Hillside Dr., Plymouth, MA, in OceanAire Estates, an exclusive residential ocean community, has panoramic views of and direct access to a private beach on Cape Cod Bay, only 300 ft away. The house is ideal for wedding preparation occasions, fall and
winter getaways, and off-site gatherings. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5
baths, it sleeps up to 10, as follows:
1) The second floor master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen size bed
2) The first floor bedroom sleeps 2 in two twin size beds
3) The loft bedroom sleeps 2 in a double size bed. Also a baby crib
is available.
4) The above-ground basement bedroom/sitting room suite sleeps 2 in
a double size bed, one in a single folding bed with single mattress, and one in a daybed sofabed.
Over 2300 sq ft of living space, washer and dryer, private parking,
& spacious backyard.

Air Conditioning in one bedroom, Ceiling fans, Satellite TV, WiFi High
Speed Internet (Not available between December 1 - March 20), Fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher,

September 2011 - May 2012: Rents start at $195 for 1-2 guests, $225 for 3-5 guests, $280 for 6-8 guests, and $335 for 9-10 guests. Cleaning, Laundry, and Trash Disposal fees: $100.

MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS

June - September 2012: $1,990 - $2,600 per week, plus Cleaning, Laundry, and Trash Disposal fees: $125, and refundable security deposit: $250.
