Vacation Rental Description

Amberlea House is an English Tudor luxury home located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. 
This Ivy covered house sits on a landscaped lot nestled among Pine and Birch trees. 
The home has recently been completely renovated and features a private, heated, kidney shaped pool and a 
very deep private lot. 
It is surrounded by mature trees, a large interlocking brick patio with a dining table, lounging area, upper deck 
off the kitchen and a gas BBQ that is connected to the house so there is no need for propane. 

The Amberlea House offers 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, wood floors, a Jacuzzi tub in the 
Master bath, 2 fireplaces, wireless internet access, a laundry room, dishwasher and central air conditioning. 

The spacious living room has built in bookcases, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, fireplace, 32" flat screen TV 
with DVD, a stereo with a 5 CD changer, and plenty of comfortable seating. It overlooks the Dining Room which 
features a long Oak table that seats 8-10  and a picture window that looks out over the treed backyard, patio 
and pool. 

Amberlea House is located in Old Town, very close to the fine shops and restaurants and near our other 3 
homes listed on this site, Simcoe Pines, Aylesbury Manor and Avalon. Please email us for our website for more

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amberlea house has 3 full bathrooms and 5 large bedrooms comprising 
of:
1 King room, 3 Queen rooms and 1 twin room(two beds). 

The Master Bedroom features a King Size Brass Bed, country quilt, a 
bricked-in gas fireplace, 
and a large ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. 

Bedroom#2 is a Queen bedroom with ensuite or it can be shared with 
the other Queen bedroom on this floor. It has a heavy cannonball bed 
and romantic bed linens. It's double windows overlook the pool and 
garden.

Bedroom#3 is a Queen bedroom with a Shaker stlye 4 poster bed. The 
feeling is simple country with the floral duvet and pine furniture.

Bedroom#4 is a Queen with a brass and yellow floral bed linens.

Bedroom#5 is a twin room with 2 twin beds. It is a very pretty room 
with yellow and green country quilts and  large windows.

The 3rd full bathroom is in between the 3rd Queen room and the Twin 
room. All bathrooms have been renovated.


The newly renovated, country kitchen features a Jenn-Air slide 
in stove and a dishwasher. It has a breakfast nook with table and 
chairs and sliding glass 
doors that lead to the deck which overlooks the huge treed lot(70 X 
220 feet)and the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything from 
a microwave to a blender. The view from the kitchen sink is 
gorgeous, looking out to the back garden. 

We can offer parking for up to 3 cars and a maximum of 10 guests at 
any time.

Beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake has a lot to offer.
Cycle past endless rows of green vineyards.....visit a winery housed 
in a 19th century barn....explore the tapestry of the pastoral 
country-side, fragrant gardens, rolling hills.......bet on good 
times at a nearby casino ...... revel at a festival of a 
gifted playwright(Shaw Festival)....
browse art galleries and quaint shops.....take a horse and carriage 
ride through the historic town....follow the picturesque Wine 
Route......marvel at the Falls..... enjoy a theatrical 
performance......enjoy stunning views......share the kids enjoyment 
at Marineland....picnic in an orchard.....raise a glass of Ontario's 
finest to the heavens and thank your lucky stars you discovered 
Niagara.

Niagara River Recreational trail, a 56 km bike, rollerblading and walking trail stretching from Niagara-on-the-
Lake to Fort Erie

Niagara Falls is a 10 minute drive and Toronto is an hour and a 
quarter from the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

We own four vacation homes in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Email us

Low Season Rates(except Christmas and New Years):Nov 1st-March 31st
$1995 CAD per week
$375  CAD per night, min. 2 nights.


Shoulder Season Rates: April 1st-May 22nd 
                       Sept 12th-October 31st and Christmas and New Years;
$2600 CAD per week 
$525 CAD per night, min. 2 nights.

High Season Rates with heated pool open : May 22nd-Sept 11th(These dates can vary 
depending on the season and customer request, please enquire)
$3850 CAD per week 
$675 CAD per night, min. 3 nights. 


Maximum of 10 guests at any time.

5% GST will apply.
Weekly bookings are fom Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday 
depending upon availability.

Please email us for reservation requests or any questions.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation by Visa or 
Mastercard(will be charged in Canadian funds). Remaining balance due 
30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to 
arrival date.
