 This condo is situated right along one of the fairways of the 18  
hole golf course, par 72(with different tees). 
 The Condo is a member of the golf course and is transferable at a  
nominal fee . 
 You can take long walks along the Manatee River or through the  
nature trails that the grounds features. 
 For your dining convenience, you can spend the evening at  
the River Club, which has casual dining. The River Club also  
features a 24 hour gym, with a junior olympic heated pool, and Tiki  
bar.  The pool overlooks the marina. Membership to the River Club is  
included with your stay. 
 
About the Condo: 
This immaculate condo contains all the amenities of your own home.   
There is color TV, VCR, cable, washer and dryer. Fully eqipped  
kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, range,  
oven, refrigerator.  In addition to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and  
kitchen, there is a dining room and a living room. Master bedroom  
has a king size bed.  Other bedroom has 2 two-twin beds.
