Nannie's Place, North Beach in South Haven

This is an Ideal Location! You are paying for the view, closeness of
the beach and comfortable cottage. Original Bungalow with the charm
of yesteryear located in Monroe Park with a fantastic view of Lake
Michigan from almost every room. Enjoy the sunsets from the deck and
living room. One of the finest sandy beaches just steps from the
beach house.
The cottage features wood wainscotting, oak and tile floors, galley
kitchen, dining room and enclosed front porch. Two bedrooms on the
main floor, one features a double bed, the other twins. The upstairs
has a dormer with three beds and bath and is great for the children.
The deck is large and acts as a second living room, the porch
additional eating area.
Walking distance (a couple of blocks) to the neighborhood deli,
ice cream cones, morning breakfast and of course some spirits.
Walking distance to the pierhead, bring your fishing gear. The marine
walk is always very pleasant and a good route into town to do the
brousing into all the very interesting shops.

Kitchen: Electric stove, refrigerator, micro-wave, toaster, blender,
coffee maker, dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, silver-ware,
utensils,spices, and other kitchen supplies.

Ceiling fans in almost all rooms.
Window air condition in upstairs bedroom.
Colored TV/remote, cable, VCR,CD, games, books, magazines and
puzzles.

Some toys for children, tricycle and bikes, sand toys.

The beaches span nearly a mile of Lake Michigan coastline and provide
swimming and other water activities. A short walk from the house you
can stroll along the channel and watch the bigs boats pass. Rentals
of various water vehicles, sailing, pleasure boating, fishing are
readily available. Walking distance to Stanley Johson Park,
restaurants and shops.

There are three local golf courses and a dozen of scenic courses
within a 25-minute drove of South Haven.

Kal-Havan Trail open to bicycles, walking, and hiking and in certain
sections horseback riding.

Summer Rates: Start May 23
May 23 to June 27 2009, $1500 weekly
June 27 through August 8 $1800 weekly
August 8 Aug. 29 $1600
Labor Day Weekend 2009 is from Aug. 29-Sept 5 with rental of $1800.
There are no weekend rates in the summer.
50% is required to reserve your week, and the balance is due 30 days
prior to occupancy.

Check-in is on Saturday after 2:00PM EST and check-out is the
following Saturday at 11:00AM EST.

A damage deposit of $250 is required upon possession and is refunded
after cleaning the unit for the next occupant. The damage/security
deposit also includes charges for people not disclosed in
reservations.
