Valle Overlook Retreat is a brand new 2 bedroom / 2 bath cabin in  
historic Valle Crucis, NC. It was completed in July 2003 and is  
located on 5 private acres. 
 
Valle Overlook Retreat will accomodate up to 8 people with 1 Queen  
bed in the Master Bedroom, 1 Double, 2 twins in the 2nd Bedroom and  
a double sleeper sofa in the great room. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy our gas fireplace, hardwood floors, knotty pine walls and a  
6'X 40' covered porch. 
 
Relax in the Rocking Chairs or Swing in the Gazebo. 
 
New Frigidaire and Whirlpool appliances, Pillow top mattresses and a  
6'X 42" Jacuzzi tub. 
 
25" TVs in Great room and Master Bedroom. 
Cable, VCR, DVD, CD, Stereo.  
 

Activities and Attractions

We are located in the beautiful North Carolina Mountains just 7  
miles outside of Boone N.C. and 1 mile from the Mast General Store.  
 
We are within 20 minutes to 4 major Ski resorts.  
Sugar, Beech, HawksNest, Appalachian. 
 
We are within 20 minutes to Lake Watauga.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates: $200 for 1st Night, $175 each additional night - $900 - $1050  
per week depending on time of year 
 
Available for Daily, Weekly or Monthly rentals - 2 night minimum. 
 
$75 fee required for cleaning and garbage pickup is included in all  
prices.
