Vacation Rental Description

Cabin efficiency on Gentleman’s Cattle Ranch in Floral City. This 
unit sleeps 1-2 and is perfect for the individual or couple who want 
some peace and quite. Sit on the front porch in a rocking chair and 
enjoy a quite moment, read a book, or sit back and take in all the 
beauty. This is truly what Old Florida is. At night watch the 
stars as you may have never seen so clear, build a bonfire, or just 
enjoy the sound of silence.

Inverness and Brooksville are each an easy 15 minute drive, Crystal 
River and Homosassa are only 30 minutes, Ocala is 45 minutes, and 
both Orlando and Tampa are 1 hour away. Every thing you want to do 
is within your reach but you can always come back to your own little 
piece of heaven to relax.

This area offers beautiful lakes for fishing and boating, numerous 
management areas for hiking, horseback riding, and hunting, the Gulf 
of Mexico for great fishing, the Crystal River and Homosassa River 
for diving, snorkeling, and watching the manatees, and lots of golf 
courses. What ever it is that you like to do you will find it here.

Activities and Attractions

Withlacoochee River- bird watching, boating, fishing, air boating, & 
hunting.

Tsala Apopka Lakes- boating, fishing, yearly boat races, 4th of July 
fireworks.

Homosassa Springs- go out on the river to swim with the manatees, 
fish, sightsee, or visit the Homosassa Springs Wildlife park.

Crystal River- enjoy a waterfront restaurant, go shopping at the 
mall, head out for a day on a charter boat to either interact with 
the manatees, fish on the flats, or go deep sea fishing. 

Inverness- visit historic downtown Inverness and stroll through the 
past. There is a great museum in the restored courthouse with lots 
of history and photos. Many shops and restaurants, and comfortable 
benches under shady oak trees to sit and enjoy.

Bushnell/Webster- check out the huge flea market and car shows

Orlando and Tampa attractions are an easy 1 hour drive.

Ocala is only 45 minutes
