This 2nd floor corner unit has updated appliances in the kitchen. It has been very nicely decorated and it has its very own private balcony. It has a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed in the Guest Room and a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. It will sleep 6 counting the sleeper sofa. It has a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a relaxing vacation, stay in this unit. You won't be disappointed.

The unit will be cleaned and stocked prior to arrival and after departure of each tenant. This unit do not provide daily maid service. It will be stocked with linens and starter supplies of soap and paper products. A cleaning fee is included in the price of the rental.

Jacksonville International Airport is located about 25 minutes from Amelia South. From Jacksonville International Airport, take I-95 S to exit 373 (Amelia Island), bear right onto A1A which takes you to Amelia Island. Cross the bridge onto the island and turn right at the second light onto Sadler Road. Continue on Sadler Road to the beach. Go around the roundabout and proceed south on S. Fletcher Avenue. Amelia South Condominium will be on your left in about 1-1/2-miles.

Amelia Island is legendary for its dramatic history and the beauty of its natural setting. This townhome is conveniently located on the ocean and across the street from The Surf, a popular restaurant with open-air dining and live entertainment on the deck.

Where the beach begins, so do a variety of activities, including swimming in the ocean, surf fishing, sand-castle-building, horseback riding on the beach and searching for sharks' teeth. It's just a short drive to Main Beach Park which has a skate park, boardwalk, picnic area and miniature golf course. Peters Point Park is just up the road where you can horseback ride on the beach or stroll to the Ritz-Carlton of Amelia Island.

Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Off the beach there is a host of exciting things to do - like visiting the old seaport town of Fernandina with its intriguing shops and restaurants and wealth of 19th century, restored buildings. Ft. Clinch State Park offers a restored fort, hiking and biking trails, and fishing on the pier. A public pool and tennis courts are within walking distance. For golf lovers, the Fernandina Beach Municipal Golf Course is just down the street and tee times are easy to schedule.

Special event and Holiday rates are $250/night and $1,500 per week, 3 night minimum. There is a 3-night minimum on rentals in this condo.

All rates subject to 11% sales tax. Each reservation subject to transaction, non-cash and cleaning fee. All rates subject to change. For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a processing fee of $25 charged. For cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit.
