Completely remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath home overlooking the #9
green on the prestigious Cougar Point golf course on Sea Marsh
Drive. The home is centrally located between Night Heron Park,
Straw Market, Freshfields & a short walk or bike ride to the Kiawah
Island beach. The home has 4 bedrooms including a family suite,
guest quarters and master bedroom. The family suite consists of a
private Jack & Jill design with a queen size bed for adults and two
twin beds in the adjoining bedroom with full bathroom. The full
bathroom has a 5' shower with dual, jetted shower assemblies.
The guest suite has a queen bed with an adjoining private bath with
a seated, ceramic shower with jetted massage shower assembly. The
master bedroom has a king size bed, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in
closet, oversized shower with jetted massage shower assembly and
romantic exterior deck. The general living space consists of an
open floor plan with a full, stocked kitchen with granite counter
tops, a large island for eating & conversation and stainless steel
appliances. The dining area has a dining table with seating for six
and a bar / prep area with an under-cabinet wine chiller. The living
room has a sofa, loveseat, and recliner and a secondary table and
chairs for card, board games, and puzzles. A screened in porch is
accessible thru sliding glass doors for seasonal use and a large
deck overlooks the #9 green on Cougar Point.
