Monthly Rates begin at $4500.00 based on two people.  For each addition individual, the rate increases by $300.00 per month.  If rental time is more than one month but less than two months, the rent is based on monthly and weekly rates combined.  Maximum rate is peak season (November thru April).

Utilities: The first $200.00 of all combined utilities is included in the monthly rate.  Beyond that, the tenant pays remaining charges.  Combined utilities consist of electric, natural gas, water, internet, and pool care.

Deposits:  Security Deposit:$1,200.00 held in a non interest account returned within 30 days after inspection.

Cleaning Fees:  $150.00 after vacating

If smoking or any pets on premises, cleaning fee will be $150.00 per room.
