parks, tennis courts, boat ramp, major grocery chain and more. 5
minutes drive to interstate access, 10 minutes to downtown St. Pete,

restaurants of either downtown St.Pete or Tampa in between 20-35
minutes. 45 minutes to Busch Gardens, 1 hour to LEGOland, and 1 hour and a half to
