Nice 2 bedroom condo, newly renovated, fully furnished, cable TV, off
street parking, centrally located, only a few blocks to the beach and
boardwalk, an in the ground swimming pool with large deck. There is a
spacious, fenced in courtyard for grilling, sunning and relaxing.
You have a porch overlooking the pool and courtyard.
There are only 6 units in the entire complex.
Small to medium size, friendly animals that are registered are allowed. Please keep animals under control (on a leash) at all times and be courteous to other guests.

condo rental amenities
Kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot
and toaster. Dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, etc. are provided.
The bedrooms have full size beds, dressers and closets.
It has a cable TV and a DVD player. We have full and queen size air mattresses for extra guests and children.
Please provide your own sheets and towels (beach, bath and kitchen). Comforters are for each bedroom however bring extra if needed.
The complex has a sunning deck, umbrella table and chair sets,
tasteful landscaping, washer and dryer.
activities and attractions in Seaside Heights New Jersey
Boardwalk has lots of rides for all ages, games, arcades and
entertainment. Water park, miniature
golf, lots of great restaurants and night life for the adults.
There are also public golf courses, fishing docks, boat ramps
(charge), free concerts on the
boardwalk, free movies for both under and over the age of 13 and
tennis and basketball courts.
Boating, jet skiing and fishing are a few recreations to mention.
Atlantic City is just 50 minutes away, bus services available.

June 22nd through Labor Day....$1200 per week.
Families and responsible groups only please.
We have April and early May specials and we also have Fall specials after Labor Day week!
Deposit of half the rental rate is due upon reserving the unit, and
the balance plus security deposit of $100 is due 30 days prior to rental date.
Check in at 3pm on Sat. Check out by 10 am the following Sat.
