vacation rental description
Pool-side two-bedroom unit with accomodations for four. The unit has
been professionaly decorated. The furnishings combine gorgeous pine,
teak, marble and glass with a color scheme focusing on natural sands
and sea shades surrounding a beautiful marble fireplace. The master
bedroom offers a private bath with double sinks, a luxurious king-
sized bed, and a private patio overlooking the pool. The guest
bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and has access to the main bath. The
modern, light and bright completely equipped kitchen adjoins an
elegant dining room with seating for six, and a private patio area as
well. A separate den has a Big Screen TV and a giant down-stuffed
sectional for the ultimate relaxation experience.
This unit is approximately 1250 square feet, has an outside entrance
and is located on the ground level. Sitting atop the famous Dana
Point Headlands, you will enjoy the smell of the sea air, with
nothing between you and the ocean except eucyliptus and palm trees.
Public beach access to the private and secluded STRANDS BEACH is via
stairs in the County Park directly across the street.

our condo. A few are shown below:
Amusement Parks: Disneyland, The California Adventure, Knotts Berry
Farm, Lego Land, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, The Wild
Animal Park, Knotts Barry Farm, and others are all nearby. This is
the perfect place for a family vacation as the ocean is just steps
from the condo; Salt Creek Beach. The Ritz Carlton and St. Regis
resorts are within walking distance also.
Educational: The Long Beach Acquarium, The Getty Center, the Science
Discovery Center, just to name a few!
Golf: Located just 1/2 mile North of us is the Monarch Beach Golf
Club. Enjoy World Class golf and spectacular ocean views from the
links.
Shopping: South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island, and the Shops and
Mission Viejo will provide any shopper with a quick fix. Laguna Beach
and Del Mar provide a fabulous stroll and shop environment for those
who favor boutiques.
