ceilings and has over 2000 sq. ft. living space. Private entrance  
through large one car garage too. Enjoy the breeze on the large 18’ x  
9’ screened in lanai facing the Lake with Sunset Views.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Glen Eagle has a highly enjoyable and challenging Private 18 hole  
Golf course with pro-shop and restaurant. Tenants can take advantage  
of discounted golf fees by paying a transfer fee (which covers  
entire stay).  Besides golf, the Country Club on premises has 2  
pools, tennis courts, exercise room, scheduled classes/activities  
(yoga, aerobic etc.), restaurant, pool/billiard tables, card room,  
and wonderful walking/biking paths. This unit is fully equiped with  
new furniture, appliances, linens, 2 TV's, 2 VCR/DVD players, clock  
radio's, Washer & Dryer.

Activities and Attractions

Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club is located on Davis Blvd. – 3 miles  
from Interstate 75 exit 101. 40 Minutes to Fort Myers Airport.  The  
location is prime as you are 4 miles from the Beaches, 5 minutes from  
downtown Naples and the wonderful 5th Avenue shops. Tin City and  
the Coastland Shopping Center are only a 10 minute drive.  Take a  
short drive to beautiful Marco Island. Everglade tours close-by. Our  
personal favorite is the Zoo in Naples where you can  
see the most amazing animals such as Tigers/Monkeys and other  
endangered species at an arm’s length. The season is upon us, so come  
enjoy the warm weather in the best value in Southwest Florida.
