Jewel on the beach! in South Haven

Fabulous location! This studio condo is located on one of the prime
beach spots in all South Haven. Located on the 3rd floor with a view
of Lake Michigan and beach looking north. Walk out the door onto a
large community deck (with heated pool) overlooking a wide expanse
of beach. Condo is minutes from parks, town, harbor, groceries, bakery
and restaurants. You won't even need your car during your stay!
Condo includes small modern kitchen fully equipped with large and
small appiances. The living/dining combination provides ample
seating with a new loveseat and a comfortable sofabed that quickly
opens to a queen-sized bed. There is also a queen-sized aero bed available
that inflates with the touch of a button! Bath includes tub/shower combination.
Sheets and bath towels provided; coin laundry available in building.

Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, small
appliances; air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, and gas grill
(on deck). Improvements in 2006-2007: new AC unit, new sofabed and
new sofabed mattress that inflates to standard queen size/support.

Swimming, beach walking, boating, fishing, sailing, waterskiing,
windsurfing, golf, shopping, restaurants and local cinema; also
cross country skiing and other winter sports.

April to May: $700/week
June to Labor Day: $900/week (4TH OF JULY WEEK-$1,000)
Labor Day to October: $700/week
Nov. to March: $600/week
Rentals are for full weeks only. Weeks in July-August should be
booked by May 30. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance
is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancelation policy: if canceled
before final balance is due, a $100 processing fee will be withheld
from deposit. If canceled within 30 days of arrival, full deposit
will be forfeited. Please note: No pets and no smoking. Two person
maximum overnight capacity.
