$100 per night

$400 deposit due 10 days after booking your reservation, and will be
returned within 10 days after keys are returned and there is no
damages.
A $50 fee will be charged if reservation is cancelled 60 days prior
to first day of reservation. Security deposit is forfeited if
reservations are cancelled 15 days prior to first day of reservation.

Full balance is due within 14 days of stay, along with $75.00
cleaning fee. Once payment is received in full I will overnight the
keys to your address within 10 days of your reservation.
