comfortable, clean and cozy cabin, located in the popular summer
resort community of Scotch Creek, on the sunny north side of Shuswap
lake. The cabin has tons of character and will provide you with a
completly relaxing and fun vacation. There is a fully equipped
kitchen, TV with cable, DVD, VCR, and CD player. The two queen sized
beds (one is a day bed) are very comfortable and are supplied with
linens. There is a shower in the bathroom. The front deck is
completly covered for your outdoor entertaining and BBQ'ing.
(barbeque and propane supplied). The cabin is situated on a
beautiful, grassy, treed and privately owned double lot, on a quiet
street (Ashe Crescent) away from the highway, with plenty of room
for parking (even your boat), picnicing, volleyball, badminton and
bocce. There can be a bocce court set up for you to use and a
sunken, private fire pit with firewood provided (providing there are
fires permitted).
The lake is a very short walk (2 minutes, 3 if you are slow), where
you will find the Provincial Park, a boat launch, a park with a
playground, picnic tables and a swimming beach. You do not have to
cross the highway to reach the lake. Everything you need for a fun
and comfortable holiday is waiting for you at Rancho Relaxo. If
there is anything you feel you require, just let us know and we will
do our best to make you happy. We are a short drive away.
To find the cabin, from either way on the Trans-canada highway,take
the Shuswap Lake, Adams Lake and Anglemont turn-off. This is just
past Chase, coming from Vancouver or just past Sorrento, coming from
Calgary. Scotch Creek is almost 19 kms. after this turn-off. Go past
Super-valu (government liquor store here) and Esso (the road turns
hard to the left), past the Family Fun Centre and the Provincial
Park and the big log Park Store (great burgers and fries and ice
cream cones). Ashe Crescent is the second right after the Provincial Park
and Park Store. Keep to the right on Ashe Crescent (there is a fork in
the road) and drive till you see the terra-cotta colored adobe style
cabin on your right. Park in the driveway but please not on the grass.

Bring your own beach towels -blow dryer -very comfy queen bed and queen day bed with lots of pillows -cable TV, VCR, huge movie library -radio and CD player -DVD player -BBQ-propane included -deck chairs -firepit (firewood included), providing there is no fire ban -bocce court (balls available for your use), crochet set -picnic table and chairs -RV and boat parking (please inquire) -lots of room for tents (please inquire) -for late arrivals, there are a few supplies there to get you started Activities and Attractions-VERY short walk to the beach on a quiet road, Provincial Park, boat launch, Park Store and picnic area -Family Fun Center with mini golf, bumper boats, bowling and dining -short crawl from the pub -grocery stores, liquor store, gas station, laundromat, drug store, medical clinic, restaraunts -new library in Scotch Creek (near Super Valu and Century 21) -Talking Rock golf 18 hole (new), 9 hole and driving range -river rafting -Adams River sockeye run Vacation Rental RatesLow Season (May, June, September) -$100.00 per night, min. 2 nights

All prices are in canadian funds and subject to change, but not
after your confirmed booking. Rates are based on 4 adult guests.
Please inquire about extra guests and pets.
A deposit is required to hold your booking. The deposit is 30% of
your rental. A cheque can be mailed to us, as we do not have visa or
M/C. Upon receipt of your cheque, we will book the dates on the
calendar. The balance is due upon arrival is is payable in cash or
money order. There are bank machines here. Sorry about this but we
have had problems with bouncing cheques in the past.
Upon request, fresh linens will be supplied. If you need fresh
towels,just ask. We live only 7 kms away.
There are no other fees or taxes added to the above amounts.
