Beautiful (Built in 2005) 2200 Sq. Ft. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house in  
gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. Walk to Lake Lodge Beach and  
Fisherman's Cove. Less than 10 minutes from main Marina beach by  
car. 30 minutes from Yosemite's north gate. 18 hole golf course and  
lighted tennis courts. Clubhouse pool and restaurant. Many hiking  
trails.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All furniture is new. Master bedroom has California King Bed, Guest  
room has queen and third bedroom has bunk with double on bottom and  
single on top. Kitchen has granite counter tops, extra large  
refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, pots and pans and  
table settings. Breakfast counter in Kitchen and separate dining  
room. Satellite TV in Livingroom, Master, and downstairs family  
room. Ping Pong table in garage. Gas BBQ and patio furnishings. Mnay  
board games and DVD/VCR in living, family, master and bunk room.

Activities and Attractions

Summer: Swimming in lake or club house pool, boating, (sailboat and  
fishing boat rentals at Marina), skiing at lake Don Pedro (15  
minutes away) 
Year Round: tennis, golf, hiking, shopping, explore Yosemite (30

free) 
Peak: Memorial Day to Labor Day  $225/night $1350/week (7th night free)

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years call for availability 
Security Deposit: $250
