Vacation Rental Description

20 minutes South of Ensenada these 2 masters w/queen beds and queen 
size bed leather sofa in Living room. Plus I have 4 cots ready to sleep under the stars!
It is a 30 second walk to the 
ocean and backbay views that can be seen from many windows & patios 
of my home. Both baths have showers, but the Master Bedroom has a 
grand bath tub for two. Sleeping accommodations:6 adults or 4
adults and 2 small children for beds and 4 extra cots that coan be placed anywhere.  While the 
living area is all upstairs. 
The beach is a private, peaceful walking 5 mile sand spit. Inside 
the home are 3 courtyards for outdoor enjoyment. 1 patio on the 3rd 
floor for sunbathing (Naked) and mountain/ocean sunsets. The other 2 
is an Outdoor kitchen w/BBQ patio w/ocean view and the other one I 
call it my Cafe Latte Patio.Pretty sunrises, singing birds 
overlooking the Park&Bold mountains. 3RD patio is a garden courtyard 
french entrance to master bedroom w/cactus,geraniums, lounge chairs 
for bird watching.Imagine you!!!! here.  You won't want to leave. 
R&R is what this is.  This home needs you! Try it. It's really  
clean, kept up, and ready for your most wildest dreams~~~~~ , 

Vacation Rental Amenities

100% Security/Gated. Full kitchen with dishes, utensils, coffee pot, 
toaster, belgian waffle maker, stove top oven, microwave, 
washer/dryer, 2 T.V one in Master one in Living Room/Gas BBQ. 
Wood burning fireplace in  Master bedroom. Gas Fireplace in the 
living room, Linens, Bath towels, Washclothes, Pillows are 
supplied.  
You need to bring 
BeachTowels,soap,shampoo,coffee,papertowels,groceries, Private Beach 
Home 
Looks 
over a mature park 
that inhabits 1,000's 
of 
different 
birds. Your friends,leashed dogs&friends will love this presence.

Private Walking Beach. The seaport town of Ensenada is a 30 minute 
drive. Tour all the sights & shop till you drop and then party the 
night away. La Bufadora is a 10 minute drive (recomended by me and 
the cruise ships in the area) where you will watch swells fill the 
surge channel and then blow sky high. Jewelry, Drugs, Great Bars & 
music, Food, Knock-off purses, Watches, Sunglasses. 

My home provides a relaxing place for your summer vacation and 
a creative retreat for snow birds. The Sun God is here for sure!!!  
Ocean Front Gourmet Rstaurant named BAJA MAMA'S that is a five 
minute walk from my house.  Cater,deliver &open TUESDAY.-
SAT. from 4:00 PM m to close.  Sunday Brunch is 
fantastic sea food/mex.  Live Oyster Bar, Pool Table and Great 
People.

Come on you Snow Bird's the price for Winter 2008 is $1000.00 per month, not to include utilities.
