new tropical interior with Tommy Bahama furnishings is complete with 
linens, china, beach towels and all amenities to make your stay in 
this tropical paradise a memory to cherish always.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone(to US & Canada no charge), Air conditioning,Tropical ceiling 
fans,iron & ironing board, TV, Cable and Internet, Stero Surround 
sound, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dighwasher, Ice Maker, Outside 
Grill, State of the art Kitchen appliances and fixtures.  Linens 
provided, beach towels, Washer and Dryer.  All units initially 
stocked with soaps including Shampoo & conidtioner, hair dryers and 
all cleaning supplies. Pool, hot tub, gas grill --located within 
complex.

Kolina Resort:  JW MArriot Ihilani Resort Spa and Restraurants. 
4 Lagoons for swimming and snorkeling, Roy's Restraurant,Paradise 
Cove Luau, Ko Olina Golf Club, KoOlina Ocean Activities--snorkeling, 
sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, catamaran tours.

Island Activies and Site:   Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl 
Harbor, Diamond head crater, Dole Plantation, Hanauma Bay, Bon Sai 
Pipeline,Bishop Museum, Iolani Palace, Waikiki Beach, Botanical

Vacation Rental Rates

Low season....Sept-Oct ..........................$2650/wk...
Mid Season......Nov & May...............................$3000/wk.....
High season...Dec1st - April 31st  &  June-August .........................3300/wk.....

Holidays and Spring break are 3600/wk

All Holidays rate.....3 days prior and 3 days after are at holidays rate.

Add to the above rates:  11:99% Hawaii Tax; $1000. Refundable 
security deposit, 50%  upfront and 50% 60 days prior to arrival. 350.00 Cleaning fee 
$350.00. Initial cleaning supply restock fee $50.00, for shampoo & 
cond and all soap supplies. Hairdryers and washer/dryer.
