"Tropical Courts" - A unique Ultra Private Compound of Historic Cottages nestled in the heart of West Palm Beaches historic Grandview Heights area. Behind the secure Zen gates lies a collection of historic cottages, 40ft Waterwall Pool, Exotic plants and flowers from around the world.

The Cottages are carefully restored by Co-Owner Bryan Janney to retain their historic charm and value with infusions of todays highest design techniques. The cottages are conneced by recycled brick walkways which meander through lush
tropical flooiage, Koi ponds, and European fountains throughout. The property has many areas to enjoy and to sit and relax or catch some sun. Guests can
watch the Koi feeding, soak in the hot tub covered with a trellis encircled with tropical plants, float in the waterfall pool, or simply read a book in one of the many tropical alcoves.

Tropical Courts is considered by many a home away from home. We pride ourselves on a relaxed casual environment that brings our guests back year after year.

Whether on vacation or here for business Tropical Courts has spared no expense in accomadatiing its guests in luxury exceeding the best hotels in the area. Providing ultra high speed internet throughtout, spa quality robes, towels and 400 thread count cotton bedding, down comforters premium channel cable
including, HBO, Showtime, TMC Movies on Demand and a variety of music
as well as over 400 channels of entertainment.

May 1st - October 31st: $750/wk - $1850/mo
November 1st- April 30th: $1250/wk - $3500 per Month + tax

20% deposit required to hold unit.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

If arrival is in less than 30 days full payment at time of booking
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund of deposit if canceled 30 days
prior to arrival. Less than 30 days forfeits deposit

ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING , FLORIDA STATE BED TAX OF 11% APLLIES,
WELL BEHAVED DOGS ARE MOST WELCOME.
