Vacation Rental Description

Excellent Beaver Lake water front location on the end of a peninsula directly across from Hickory  
Creek State Park.  Fantastic Beaver Lake panoramic view from this three level brick home with an  
acre of water front property.  House has just been totally remodeled with all new floors, walls,  
fixtures and plumbing.  Great views from the second story kitchen/living room complete with bar, new  
cherry cabinets, hardwood floors and brick walls.  Two bedrooms and one bath also located on this  
main (street) level. 
 
Downstairs has Italian ceramic tiles throughout with twin 600 sq. ft. master bedroom suites both  
complete with large TV and DVD with surround sound.  There is also washer/dryer for your use.   
 
The other master bedroom complete with private bath and Jacuzzi tub and a TV and DVD.  The other  
master bed room suite has its own fireplace.  Both rooms have their own sliding glass doors offering  
access to the outdoors and great views of the lake.   
 
Outside on this level is a patio for that early morning cup of coffee or adult beverage to watch the  
sunset.  There is a 7 person outdoor hot tub for you to relax and enjoy.  Plenty of out door  
furniture for you to lie down and catch some rays or sit under an umbrella and enjoy the 
lake views and lake breeze.  An outdoor fireplace is also available for the kids to roast  
marshmallows and enjoy the evening stars. 
 
Send the kids to the third story which has a complete game room with a pool table and other games.  
This floor is dormatory style with 4 single beds in one room and 3 single beds in the other and a  
bathroom with shower for thier use.  Kids love hanging up on this floor giving the parents peace and  
quiet on the floors below.   There is a TV and DVD player for the kids to watch the latest movies  
and cable for catching the latest shows on TV. 
 
Two levels of deck complete with tables and Chairs to handle everything from a small intimate  
gathering to a large family reunion.  A large stainless steel gas grill and electric smoker is also  
available for your use. A seven person hot tub is also available for you pleasure on the ground floor 
under a covered deck. 
 
A complete marina (hickorycreekmarina) is located directly across the lake with boat docks, ski  
boats and pontoon boats available for rent.  We alos have a neighbor who will rents pontoon boats  
starting at $125 per day and discounts for multiple days.  A restaurant and convenience store is  
also located at the marina.  There is also a state park; Hickory Creek, offering a swim area, picnic  
tables, camping, and a complete play ground for your enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This house has been completely remodeled and is artfully decorated. There is a full bath on each of  
the three levels, with a large Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.  A game room is located on the top  
level and each floor have unbelievable views of the Beaver Lake.  A seven person hot tub is 
also available completely covered under the deck with excellent lake views.

Activities and Attractions

Lots to do on this acre of Beaver Lake water front property.  Some of the area's best fishing is  
waiting for you right in front of the property.  Or, just relax and enjoy yourself by sitting on our  
huge all steel and concrete completely covered deck and watch the kids swim directly in front of 
the house.  Plenty of games to play from volleyball, horse shoes, croquett, to pool and darts.  The  
area is abundant with natural beauty with beautiful cliffs and mountain views from  
the property.  You can anchor or tie a boat on shore dirctly in front of the house and directly  
across from the propety is Hickory Creek Marina which rents ski boats and pantoons. 
 
We would love to have you stay with us for a couple of days or a couple of weeks.  Rates run from  
$1100 to $2200 per week depending on time of the year and # of people, with discounts for multiple  
weeks, off-season rentals and returning guests.  Whether your group is just two couples or two  
families to a family reunion complete with kids and the grand parents… this house and property is  
ideal for you to have a fantastic time.

Vacation Rental Rates

We would love to have you stay with us for a couple of days or a couple of weeks.  Rates run from  
$1100 to $2200 per week depending on time of the year and # of people, with discounts for returning  
visitors, multiple weeks and off-season rentals.  With the owner's approval a small pet is allowed  
for $100 per week.  No smoking is allowed in any of our properties, but we have a great covered deck  
for you to sit outside and enjoy.  This property has twin Master Bed Room Suites on the first floor,  
both with king size beds and 600 sq. ft. of living space, both with views of the lake and direct  
access to the patio and the lake via sliding glass doors.  One master bed room suite has a jacuzzi  
the other a fire place.  What a great way for two families (or 4 couples) to share the cost and the  
joy of a great lake vacation.
