Sea Colony Condo Ocean Front in Bethany Beach

Our Gold rated condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit. The bedroom
has a king size bed 1/2 bath and TV.
The living room has a brand new this year queen-size pull-out
sofa, flat screen TVS with cable and VCR and nintendo. The kitchen is
completely remodeled and is fully furnished with dishwasher, coffee
pot, toaster, dishes, silverware,
and microwave along with a washer and dryer.

Our high-rise building is called Brandywine and we are located on the
first floor. We have easy walk-out access to our pool and to the
beach and a 8 x 16 gated patio with chairs and a table.. We are
ocean front with a ocean view and our private beach is an easy walk.
Also the Bethany Beach Boardwalk is a short walk. Sea Colony
recreation includes a total of 34 tennis courts, 12 pools(2 indoor)

Fitness center and walking and biking trails are all at Sea Colony.

Our condo is located in the Brandywine Building within the premier
resort community of Sea Colony in the quiet beach resort town of
Bethany Beach, Delaware. This spacious 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo
is Gold rated and
offers indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts,
private & guarded ocean beach, and the town center with its'
boardwalk lined with unique shops, restaurants and arcades. Bethany
Beach is about 10 miles north of Ocean City, Md. and 13 miles south
of Rehoboth Beach, De. both of which contain boardwalks, amusement
rides and arcades. Golfing is great in the area, especially the
Rick
Jacobson's Bear Trap Golf Course located about 3 miles from Sea
Colony.

In addition to the indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor
tennis courts, private & guarded ocean beach, Sea Colony, for a fee,
offers daily camps for grown children, and structured baby sitting
services for young children. It's a great family community with lots
to do! Restaurants and night-life activities are plentiful in the
Ocean City - Rehoboth Beach area!
