large dresser, night table. The first level also offers a full bath
and a patio perfect for sunning or dining complete with furniture.

Additional amenities include new linens, cable television on 2 sets,

The condo is fully stocked with everything you will need--it's just
like home but you're on vacation! Just bring your toothbrush and
bathing suit and have a fabulous, relaxing time!

Private "poolside villas" pool and an easy walk to the ocean make
this an ideal vacation spot. Jupiter area attractions include great
restaurants, museums, concert hall, nature center, zoo, lots of
happenings at Jupiter Beach, interesting shops for those off-beach
days of browsing, golf courses for all levels, boating and other
water sports, tennis, biking, nature trails and numerous other
recreational activities.

Minimum rental period is 30 days. Rental available off season for
$1250 per month. In season (January-April) rate is $3200 per month.
Rates include basic cable, local telephone service, water, sewer,
and the first $125 of electric bill.
Cleaning fee is $125. Condo association application fee is $100 (paid
to association).11.5% sales tax for rentals 6 months or less.
