The Villages - Furnished "Key West" Style Courtyard Villa in The Villages

This villa offers everything you need to have a fun, relaxing, and
stress free vacation.

The Villa: The 2 bedroom/2 bath non-smoking villa is completely
furnished, including linens, kitchenware, a gas grill, and a washer
& dryer. All utilities, including cable television and local phone
service are also included. Even an electric golf cart is available
for your use. All you should need to bring/buy are your clothing,
toiletries, food, and minimal other sundries. The villa is located
within walking distance of the Nancy Lopez Country Club and two
executive golf courses and only a short golf cart ride away from
most everything else (including the Publix grocery store).

The Community: The Villages is an active-adult, gated golf cart
community offering a variety of activities, most of which are free
to residents and available to our guests for a one-time, $50 fee.
These include golf on any of the 18 Executive Courses and tennis,
bocce ball, pickleball, shuffleboard, billiards, swimming,
horseshoes, darts, and more available at the 29 Recreation Centers
throughout the community. A variety of other entertainment is
available in the nearby Savannah Center or at one of the two town
squares.

The Villages also has nine Country Clubs (at which you can play a
round of golf at a discounted rate). There are several banks, a
hospital, and other medical facilities. The Villages even has its
own brewery, community TV, radio station, local newspaper, two 36
lane bowling alleys, two movie theaters, many great restaurants, and
a wide variety of unique shops.

The list of things to do seems to be endless. Participate in as much
or as little as you want. Everything is within easy reach by car or
golf cart.

Since the Villages is an active adult community, at least one renter
should be age 55+.

May, 2010 through September, 2010 = $1,200/month or $400/week;
October, 2010 and beyond = please inquire for rates.
