bath home. Master with king-size bed (brand new mattress!) and two
bedrooms with queens. Living room has sleeper sofa which makes it
easy to accommodate a total of eight guests. Each bedroom offers
gulf views and has own access to deck.
Private pool, quick and easy access to beach (3 minute walk),
charcoal park-style grill, fish cleaning area (with running water),
high-speed, wireless internet access available for free, directly
across from bike/walking path that stretches the length of island,
big-screen TV, stereo with CD player, DVD player, and each room has
VCR player. Washer/Dryer. Books, Videos, and Board Games.
Each room has been newly updated, all new furniture, electronics,
kitchen supplies, paint, floors, etc.

Awesome house and location!

My recent visit to All Laid Back could not have been better! LOVED it! The house is beautiful: very clean, open, airy and bright. The furniture appeared to be new, and was super comfortable. It has a huge kitchen and tons of deck space, and is very private. They have wireless internet if you need it, which was a huge plus to me. It is a very, very short walk to the beach. There is even an outside shower to wash the sand off of your dog after you take it for a swim! The beach was not crowded at all, the people were friendly,and the water was beautiful. We saw a ton of dolphins playing fairly close to the shore. If swimming in the ocean isn't your thing, the house has a really nice pool. The shops on the island have almost everything you could want and you can even score fresh shrimp from some guy in a truck on the main road. What more could you ask for?
I highly recommend renting All Laid Back and plan to do so myself as soon as I can. I would have stayed an extra few weeks had it not been rented already. I think it is a great house for those with kids or dogs, or for couples. PARADISE! :)

The best things about this house are the proximity to the beach and the great little private pool, both of which our kids enjoyed immensely. The property's management company was top notch, fixing any issues we brought to light with alacrity. The house, itself, is a bit old and is starting to show its age: the deck is deteriorating with rusty nails and rotting boards, the interior is spacious but feels a bit run down with dirty/falling A/C vents and other problems. Despite these shortcomings, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave after only a week.

Owners response: Thank you so much for your review and for choosing All Laid Back. Thank you also for bringing the signs of wear to our attention. Having a relaxing comfortable and clean place to stay for our guests is extremely important to us. This is why we have recently replaced our beds and bedding along with alot of our living room furniture just this year. After learning about the falling AC vent, it was replaced last week. Our decks do get beat on, unfortunately, due to the harsh sun and weather conditions in the area. I was not aware of any rotting boards but have asked our management company to look into this pronto! I hope you'll consider visiting All Laid Back again so that you can see just how serious we take our guest's feedback!

WOW!!! Best Location & Cleanest House!

WOW!! 6 of us stayed all last week at ALL LAID
BACK! It was truly one of the best vacations I have
had!! The beaches were beautiful, the weather
could not have been better! The fresh Oysters /
Shrimp were beyond amazing! The Island was not
that busy! I hate crowds! The great thing about SGI
is that even on the weekends when the population
picked up it was still very low key! There were
three or 4 bars that were packed and had Live
Music, I never had a bad meal! We also found that
the prices for most things were the same OR LESS
than on the mainland.
Now for the House!!! ALL LAID BACK was Superb!
We didnt need for anything! The house was Super
CLean! has ALL tile floors and berber carpet in the
bedrooms! All bedrooms have privacy and a
FANTASTIC VIEW! I was lucky to get the Upstairs
Bedroom Private balcony! I slept every night with
the A/C OFF and the Door wide open! Fell asleep
every night counting shooting stars! I was there
with a friend and TWO other couples that had a
child each! We all had time alone and the Pool really
made the house even more enjoyable! WHen the
sun went down, we walked the beach and had a late
dinner at the house. All you need to prepare a
great meal is in that Kitchen (except your groceries)
There were trash bags for the can, Dishwasher soap
for the Dishwasher, brooms, dishes, cookware,
glasses, Coffee pot and plenty of big coffee cups!
The Washer/ Dryer really helped! There is also a
Private back porch! The house is NEW looking and
not run down in any way! The parking/ outdoor
shower under the house really kepts our cars cool
and us CLEAN before we entered the house!!! The
own even called to check on us once! The Pool
cleaner came by twice and we loved her! Met some
neighbors! Made some friends! THANK YOU
THANK YOU!! We loved it! ( If any of you have any
questions about staying there just ask me! The
location is perfect (3 minutes from beach!!!))
We will be going back for sure! This is the only
place I have ever vacationed and I would not even
think about looking for other accommodations
when I go back. THANKS!!
Lastly.... The LOCATION was the best also! Rent a bike and ditch the car for a week! No need to bike to the beach.... BUT the trails and sandy roads behind us on the bay side were amazing! There is so much to see and do!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
