St. George Island, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Apalachicola
Bay, is located approximately 90 minutes  east of Panama City and 70
miles south of Tallahassee. Both locations are serviced by major
airlines and offer car rental and limousine transportation to the
island.
You will not find high rise condominiums, tacky tattoo parlors,
congestion, or crowds on St. George Island. Instead you will find a
peaceful enviroment where you can relax and enjoy your family
vacation filled with boating, fishing, swimming, sunning, bird
watching, great seafood, and most of all relaxation.
Wonderful seafood resturants are located on the island and across
the
scenic bridge in nearby Eastpoint, Carrabelle, and the historic town
of Apalachicola.
In addition, enjoy nine miles of senic beauty in St. George Island
State Park located at the eastern end of the island about 2 miles
from the house.........
