My favorite thing to do is take in the beautiful scenery, it is truelly special. Then cook out on the grill, sit on our log chairs on the deck and listen to nature make it's way into the night. 

Hike along the dirt roads and trails and you could see a deer. Nearby is white water rafting, my son and myself had a blast! Then we went gem mining and found some great gems.

 All in all it's a unique expirience that adults and kids will enjoy and remember for a lifetime!

$2,000 Weekly off season Sept. - May, excluding holidays. $300 nightly 3 night minimum
$4,000 Weekly June, July, August, (Memorial Day thru Labor day)
$2,750 Holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, or $400 nightly 3 night minimum
Damage deposit secured with bank check ($500). $100 cleaning fee unless extra cleaning is needed then the charge will be $30 hourly after the $100.00 cleaning.
Total fee plus 9.75% state/local tax
30 day cancellation policy/forfeit of deposit unless other renters
