 This rustic Villa is located 10 minutes from down town Puerto  
Vallarta.The Living room, Dining room and 2 bed rooms opens to a  
beautiful private Terrace and pool. The Master bedroom, and Guest  
room, Have there own individual A/C and bathrooms, Ceiling Fans and  
TVs. There is a 3rd smaller room with a bunk bed that sleeps two,  
also with A/C.There is a fully equipped Kitchen with Granite Counter  
tops and extensive hand carved cantera stone through out the house.

a modern day home. With it's Granite counter tops and Fully equipped  
Kitchen and for your comfort it also has central air conditioning  
which can be controlled individually in each room and also have  
ceiling fans for those not so hot days, And for your enterteinmen we  
have satelite servises .You will appreciate and enjoy some of our  
hand Crafted furniture that is imported from India and the  
Philippines. 
 
 There is a extensive use of Cantera Stone throughout the House all  
hand Carved and transported from another region of Mexico (  
Guanajuato). You will enjoy the clay-tiled roofs and clay-tiled  
floors throughout the house and patios which makes it feel and look  
like a true Rustic Mexican Villa.

Vallartas landmarks such as the sea horse and open- air theater of  
los Arcos. Right through the center of Puerto Vallarta Mexico runs  
Cuale River. In the middle of the river is Isla Rio Cuale, A  
picturesque Island with shops and restaurants scattered throughout.

Low Season:  June-1 to Oct-30, Weekly: $750.00 ,Per Night $150.00  
 
High Season: Nov-1 to May-31, Weekly: $900.00 ,Per Night $150.00  
 
Minimum Stay: 3 nights 
 
*We require 50% down to hold the reservation.  
 the balance plus security deposit due within 15 days before arrival  
date.  
*Full refund If canceled 5 days after reservation is made. 
*Forfeit Deposit if canceled  less than 30 days before arrival date.  
*Security Deposit of $ 800.00 is required with all final Payments, to  
be returned, within a week after your     departure. 
*Rentals less than one week will require additional room cleaning  
charges of $25.00

*check in is at 2:00PM or sooner if available 
 
* For the pick up/ drop off of keys

*On your departure day he will also be there to receive the keys and  
to check the condition of the Villa
