Vacation Rental Description

Newly remodelled interior, 3 story home with 60 feet of beautiful 
lake frontage on West Lake Road, minutes to towns of Geneseo, 
Lakeville and Livonia. Lake level features large bar-room with bar, 
new full size refrigerator, microwave, tv and new queen size sleeper-
sofa. Also, features new state of the art grill on porch 
area, as well as great beach area with 70 ft. dock for summer 
months. Dock offers spacious area for sunbathing. Lake is 4.5' deep 
at end of dock for great swimming area. 

Entry level is below West Lake Road, which is main living room, 
new kitchen, new refrigerator and stove. Also has full bath and 12x12 
bedroom (2 twin size beds). Porch off this level has great
view of Conesus Lake & wooded areas across lake. Fully 
screened porch with all windows (not heated in winter months). Porch 
offers wonderful cottage livng with wicker furniture, queen size 
futon for summer sleeping, and tv. 
Porch area has breakfast/dining overlooking lake. Combination 
dining/living offers table for 8 and area to relax, enjoy the view or 
watch some tv (cable).

Road level, we like to call the dorm. This level has 2 separate 
rooms, full bath, and lots of beds!!! (2 queen & 3 twin)

Only 2 bathrooms are available at this time.  They are located in the dorm room and off from the 
kitchen.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located 1 mile from winery, Minnehans(great food,miniature golf gmae room and go-Carts) 
downtown Lakeville with McDonalds, Arby's, beauty shops, convenient 
stores and new drug stores. Delicious pizza delivery available (we 
recommend Pizza Paul's). Plus many near by flea markets & antique 
stores. Located 5 miles from Geneseo, which offers shops, 
& a new Super Walmart.  Great hunting/fishing area, located 15 
miles from Letchworth State Park and 25 miles to Rochester NY.  

Activities and Attractions

Golf available at nearby country club, miniature golf, wineries, 
antiquing, flea markets, Letchworth State Park, hiking, hunting, 
swimming, fishing, many college activities and great dining all 
within 5 miles.

Vacation Rental Rates

Great location for professor & family during winter months! 
Depending on # of family members rent will be negotiable, 2 person 
approx. $800 per month, plus utilties for winter months. 

Rented weekly in May, June, July, and August; rates depending on 
month and week, Between $900-$1350. 

One dog is acceptable. 
No cats as owners have high allergies to cats.
