view of Conesus Lake & wooded areas across lake. Fully
screened porch with all windows (not heated in winter months). Porch

Porch area has breakfast/dining overlooking lake. Combination
dining/living offers table for 8 and area to relax, enjoy the view or
watch some tv (cable).

Road level, we like to call the dorm. This level has 2 separate
rooms, full bath, and lots of beds!!! (2 queen & 3 twin)

Located 1 mile from winery, Minnehans(great food,miniature golf, game
room and Go-Carts)
downtown Lakeville with McDonalds, Arby's, beauty shops, convenient
stores and new drug stores. Delicious pizza delivery available (we
recommend Pizza Paul's). Plus many near by flea markets & antique
stores. Located 5 miles from Geneseo, which offers shops,
& a new Super Walmart. Great hunting/fishing area, located 15
miles from Letchworth State Park and 25 miles to Rochester NY.

Golf available at nearby country club, miniature golf, wineries,
antiquing, flea markets, Letchworth State Park, hiking, hunting,
swimming, fishing, many college activities and great dining all
within 5 miles.

Great location for professor & family during winter months!
Depending on # of family members rent will be negotiable, 2 person
approx. $800 per month, plus utilties for winter months.

Rented weekly in May, June, July, and August; rates depending on
month and week, Between $900-$1350.

One dog is acceptable.
No cats as owners have high allergies to cats.
