Porto Vista.  It sits in an established upmarket residential area on 
the Gulf Coast of Southern Florida, in south west Cape 
Coral near the new Gulf Harbour Marina, where the 
amazing beaches of Captiva and Sanibel islands and the Gulf of 
Mexico are only 15-20 minutes away by boat. 

The condo can be provided with or without a choice of deck and 
powerboats. The Porto Vista complex has its own sports complex with 
fitness area and a large pool area and sundeck.

May 1st - October 31st    $1,900 per month
