Vacation Rental Description

New 3rd Floor Condominium (elevator access to uppper floors). Two  
bedrooms...Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 27" TV and the  
second bedroom has two twin size beds with a 20" TV.  The master  
bedroom has two walk-in closets. There are two full bathrooms and  
everything is decorator furnished. The living room has a queen size  
sleeper sofa, a lounge chair with ottoman, end tables and a  
entertainment wall unit with a 31" TV and DVD/VCR player. The dining  
room has a glass top table with four chairs. The lanai has a marbel  
top table with four chairs and a great view of holes 2,3,4,5 of the  
golf course. Cable on all of the TVs. 
 
The condominium was completed in December 2003 and all furnishings  
were completely new.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condominium features a spacious open floor plan with living  
room,  
formal dining room, and full kitchen with breakfast bar and dinette  
area.  The screened Lanai overlooks a sectacular view of the lake  
and  
golf course.  There is a dishwasher, microwave, electric range,  
coffeemaker, toaster, and refrigerator with ice and water in the  
door.  All dishes, cookware, and utensils are included.  Additional  
amenities provided are the Laundry room, air conditioning, Cable TV,  
VCR/DVD,&telephones.  This Condominium does include a lighted  
covered  
carport along with multiple Swimming Pools, Whirlpool, Exercise  
Room,  
Sauna, Tennis Courts & Clubhouse.  Smoking is allowed only on the  
Lanai and No pets please!!

Activities and Attractions

The Legends Golf & Country Club is a gated community that  
encompasses  
more thean 650 acres, much of which are lush green fairways,  
beautiful blue lakes, and majestic cypress preserves on an 18 hole  
par 72 Championship Golf Course.  Living at the Legends  means you  
will also enjoy community features such as the tropical free-form  
heated pool and spa with rock waterfalls.  A 25,000 square foot  
clubhouse offering fine dining as well as "Bistro" dining.  The  
Clubhouse also has a Lounge, Grill room, Media room, and rooms to
