Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Laguna Grande lake house at Lake Elsinore. This expansive
prime lake front home enjoys unobstructed panoramic views of Lake
Elsinore Southern California's largest natural lake. Beautiful Lake
Elsinore beckons you to its shores to enjoy boating, wake boarding,
fishing, water skiing windsurfing,sunbathing, picnicking, bird watching,
or just playing on the beach. The beautiful Ortega mountains rise
above the lake providing a dramatic back drop for the lake. 
Being situated on one and a half acres makes  this  8000 square foot
home ideal for large crowds, retreats, family reunions , and special
occasions. Oversize balconies and patios provides lots of room to
expand the inside out. There is a huge bunk house with 15 beds to
accommodate the larger groups. There is also an overflow parking area
when needed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

General- Toilet paper, towels provided, filtered water, linens,
fitness room, alarm clock, ceiling fans,hair dryer, central heating
and air conditioning.

Activities and Attractions

Lake Elsinore is situated within an hour of most southern California
theme parks. It is also home to Storm Minor league baseball. Golf at
the new Summerly "links" style course.  Go sky diving, hang gliding,
or motor cycle riding all just minutes away. Launch your boat from
your own private launch ramp. Enjoy boating, wake boarding, water
skiing, jet skiing, sailing,birdwatching, swimming, or relax on your
own private sand beach. Enjoy bargain shopping at the Lake Elsinore
outlet center. Tour the nearby wineries in Temecula, or visit the
quaint shops of old town Elsinore and Temecula. Hike the local Ortega
mountains or visit nearby Southern California's beautiful beaches.
Centrally located in close proximity to San Diego, Orange County and
Los Angeles all only about an hour away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak is Feb.29-Sept 29.Off Peak Oct 1 - Feb 28. Weekly rental is from
Monday to Monday. ck in time 3:00 pm ck out time is 11:00 am. Peak.
$25 per person per night for every guest after the first 20 guests.
Off Peak. $20 per person per night for every guest after the first 20
guests. $800nt off peak 3 nt min. $1200 nt peak 4 nt min.
 $300 cleaning fee. $350 cleaning fee if more than
20 guests. $1500 security deposit. $2000 security deposit if more than
20 guests.  Holidays slightly higher.
